Refund Policy
1. Principle
Every service starts with something you send us. Until you have sent it, nothing has started and you can cancel for a full refund at any time, for any reason.
모든 서비스는 학생이 무언가를 GEA에 보낸 시점에 착수됩니다. 그 전에는 언제든, 어떤 이유로든 전액 환불됩니다.
2. Refund schedule

3. What "starts" and "complete" mean

Admission is not a condition of completion. If the university announces that you are not admitted, document consulting is complete and the one additional application included in your package begins. Visa issuance is not a condition of completion.
4. Packages
A package is refunded component by component. Each component is assessed separately under section 2, and the refund is the sum of the component refunds weighted as follows.

Example. You bought Admit ($599). Document consulting is complete, the personal statement has started but is not approved, and you have not attended a training session. Refund = 37% × 0 + 26% × 50% + 37% × 100% = 50% of $599 = $299.50.
5. Korean interview training
Training is refunded by sessions remaining, not by the schedule in section 2. Five sessions purchased, two attended: 3/5 of the training price is refunded. Sessions cancelled by you with less than 24 hours' notice count as attended.
6. Match report credit
The amount paid for the match report is credited in full toward any package. If the package is later refunded, the credited amount is treated as part of the package price and follows the package schedule; the report itself, once delivered, is not separately refundable.
7. Cancellation by GEA
If GEA cancels a service for a reason not attributable to you — for example, ineligibility discovered after payment — you receive a full refund of that service.
8. How to request a refund
E-mail lcj3117@gea.sc.kr from the address you used at purchase, stating the service and the reason. We confirm the amount within 3 business days and return it to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. Bank and payment-provider fees on the original transaction are not refundable where the provider does not return them to us.
